Transgender AI

There’s a real gap in this market. Most companion apps treat trans characters as a checkbox, if they offer them at all, and the ones that do (Ourdream, Lovescape, Spicier) bury them under a “Girls / Guys” tab structure that wasn’t designed with them in mind. So a site whose entire catalogue is trans companions, with a builder tuned for that and a thousand pre-made characters, is a genuinely useful idea. I wanted to like it.

The site’s own name for itself is a porn-category term that a lot of trans people find offensive. I’m going to call the product Transgender AI, use “trans” in my own sentences, and quote the site’s wording only when I’m quoting the site. That’s not me being delicate; it’s me being accurate about who chose the word and why (it’s the search term). What follows is the evaluation the site deserves either way: I fetched the homepage, terms, privacy policy, subscription page, character builder page and video generator, pulled the 3,012-URL sitemap, ran the Ahrefs numbers, went looking for the operator, and ran the Reddit searches. The idea is good. The execution has problems the old version of this review didn’t see, and a couple of the old review’s “facts” were invented.

TL;DR verdict

Transgender AI is a trans-only companion site with a wide catalogue, a decent seven-step builder, and chat plus images plus short video plus voice under one account. It’s also a site whose checkout runs a fake countdown timer against a fictional list price, whose Premium plan buys you twelve photos a month for $14.92, whose terms allow no refunds under any circumstances, and whose operator is a Vermont entity that otherwise exists as a set of generic web stores selling fishing tackle and sewing supplies.

The 7.1 is defensible as “the only game in town for this niche, with meaningful caveats”. If you want a trans companion and don’t mind that Ourdream files them under a tab, my Ourdream review describes a better product. If you specifically want the trans-only catalogue, Transgender AI’s free tier lets you build four companions and send 15 messages before any money moves. Do that first and read the pricing section before you go further.

The numbers nobody else will show you

Ahrefs data for shemale-ai.com as of September 15, 2026:

• Domain Rating 25, with 482 referring domains (84 followed) and 8,159 backlinks. Ahrefs Rank 6,452,018. Small, but real: this isn’t the sitewide-link profile Spicier has.
• About 136 Ahrefs-estimated organic search visits in August 2026, up 62% from 84 in August 2025. The current-month snapshot is lower still, 69 visits, on just 6 ranking keywords.
• Peak: 864 in September 2025, one month after the terms took effect. August 2026 is 84% below that peak. A spike-and-collapse in the first two months of a domain’s life usually means an early ranking that Google re-evaluated and took away, or a burst of paid links that stopped working.
• Country split, current month: Italy 43, United States 26. That’s two-thirds Italian for a site with an English-only interface and no hreflang tags. My best guess is that the site’s handful of ranking keywords are the category term itself, which is used across European adult search, and Italy happens to be where it ranks. It’s the same oddity Pocketgirl has, for what I suspect is a similar reason.
• The sitemap tells you what the site actually is: 3,012 URLs, of which 1,000 are model pages, each published under three paths (/model/, /ai-shemale/, /ai-hefemale/), every one of them stamped with a last-modified time that matches the moment I fetched it. The one I opened, “Maddie Shaft, 21, Online”, had 702 likes and “0 media”. A thousand near-empty character pages, tripled, is an SEO structure, and Google has responded to it with six keywords.

The site sits behind Cloudflare and its robots.txt carries the new Content-Signal directives about AI crawling, which is about the only sign of modern engineering hygiene I found.

Who this is for

You’re the customer if you want trans companions as the default rather than the exception. The catalogue is Realistic or Anime, split into the site’s two category tabs, with about a thousand pre-made characters and a builder whose seven steps (body type and appearance, facial features, clothing style, voice tone and accent, personality traits, memory and interaction style, then chat) are at least aimed squarely at the thing you came for. Nothing else in my ranking does that.

You’re also the customer if chat is the main event and images are a garnish. Premium is unlimited messages; the media allowances are small, and if you’d rather talk than generate, the $179 yearly plan is a price you can rationalise.

And you’re the customer if you’d rather pay in crypto. Cards and cryptocurrency are both listed in the footer, and for a site with this operator, crypto is the more discreet route.

Who should skip this

Skip it if you generate a lot. Twelve photos, three videos and twelve minutes of voice a month is the Premium allowance. That’s a photo every two and a half days. Beyond that you’re buying coins at prices the site won’t show you until you’ve registered.

Skip it if refund rights matter. None exist. Not for accidental purchases, not for unused months, not for “it didn’t work”. The only carve-out is “except where required by law”, which in Vermont is not a lot.

Skip it if you don’t like being hustled at checkout. The subscription page has a countdown timer, a “HOT NEW 50% OFF” badge, a “New 2025 discount 75% off” badge (in September 2026), and a “Discount ACTIVE, Save Now!” button. The struck-through price is $1.97 a day, which is $719 a year, a number I’m confident no human has paid.

What Reddit actually says

A live Reddit search for “transgender.ai” on September 15, 2026 returned zero matched posts and zero comments. Not a thin trail. Zero. I am not going to pad that with porn-category threads that happen to use the same search term the site ranks for. Those threads are about porn, not this companion app, and quoting them would pretend this brand has a community it does not have.

I still ran the usual review, cancel, refund, coins and alternative queries around the domain and the product name. Same result: nobody on Reddit has written a sentence that is clearly about shemale-ai.com. What those searches do return is affiliate “reviews” of Ourdream, Secrets AI, JOI and Dream Companion in single-purpose subs like r/AiGirlfriendSpace, r/AIChatReviews and r/CompanionGuide_ai.

The only trans-companion talk with actual comments is about other products. In an r/AiGirlfriendSpace Ourdream thread, one user wrote “I also like the option of trans companions”, and another described chatting “with female and trans characters.” That is a competitor conversation. It is not a review of this site.

Zero posts. 136 Ahrefs-estimated organic visits a month. Paid adult ads, silence afterwards. If billing goes wrong, you will not find a thread that tells you how it went for anyone else.

Who is CommerceCentral Services?

Both legal documents name the operator, data controller and payment processor as “CommerceCentral Services INC, Barton, VT 05822”. Barton is a town of about 2,800 people in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. I went looking for the company.

What I found was a family of websites: Kupidai Clothing Store, Kupidai Sewing Store, Kupidai Crafting Store and Kupidai Fishing Store. Each says it is “operated by COMMERCECENTRAL SERVICES INC”, each gives the address 553 Eastern Ave, Barton, VT 05822, each lists a different 0800 telephone number (0800 is the UK freephone prefix, not a US one), and the sewing store gives a return and fulfilment address at a PO box in Garden Grove, California. The store homepages returned 403 Forbidden when I tried to load them. I couldn’t locate a public corporate filing for CommerceCentral Services Inc.

I’m not going to tell you what that pattern means, because I don’t know. I’ll tell you what it looks like: a merchant-of-record entity whose footprint is a set of placeholder storefronts rather than a business with a product and a front door. The “Kupidai” name made me check whether Kupid AI, which I rate 9.4, was involved; Kupid AI’s own terms name a completely different processor, SNB Technologies in Cyprus, so I have no reason to connect them and I’m not going to.

What this means practically: the company that will charge your card is one you can’t research, in a jurisdiction (Vermont courts, Vermont law) that’s convenient for them, with a no-refund policy and a support email the site obscures behind Cloudflare’s email-protection script so it doesn’t even appear in the page source. Everything about the paperwork is designed to be hard to follow up on.

The subscription page, decoded

This is the one page on the site that shows real numbers, so here’s what it actually says, stripped of the badges.

The marketing math: $1.97 a day struck through, $0.49 a day in big type, “-75% off for first time customers”, plus a countdown that was at 33 minutes when I loaded the page. $0.49 times 365 is $178.85, so the daily figure is honest arithmetic on the yearly price. The $1.97 figure is the fiction: it’s there so the discount can be called 75%.

The real math: $179 a year is $14.92 a month. For that you get unlimited chat and a media allowance that works out to roughly one photo every 2.5 days, one 10-second video every 10 days, and 24 seconds of voice a day. If images are why you’re here, the effective cost is about $1.24 per included photo before coins. Candy, at a comparable annual price, gives you a token budget that stretches much further, and its images are better.

The other terms, which third-party testers report and I couldn’t see: $9.99 a week (-50%), $24.99 a month (-64%), $69 a quarter (-66%). Weekly billing on an adult subscription is a red flag in its own right; it exists to make a $40-a-month price look like $10.

Coins are the second layer. The video generator shows “Base: 15 coins = 15 coins total” for a 10-second Standard clip. What a coin costs, I couldn’t find out without an account. The old review’s “$9.99 credit pack” was a guess dressed as a fact; I’ve dropped it.

First-session walkthrough

The homepage on September 15, 2026 opens with a top bar of four tabs: the site’s two category labels, then Realistic and Anime. Sign In and Sign Up buttons sit to the right. A side menu offers Explore Models, Generate Image, Generate Video, Create AI Shemale (“Design your perfect companion”), and further down My Gallery and Become Premium. Under Legal there are Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links plus DMCA Policy and Become Affiliate, both of which 404. Footer badges read “Credit Cards, Cryptocurrency, Secure Payments” and, in small type, “AI Generated, For Entertainment”.

There’s no age interstitial in the served page. Instead there’s a “Spicy Content” toggle that arrives set to “Safe mode on”, so the grid loads clothed until you flip it. The hero copy: “Step into a new era of digital companionship with our exclusive collection of AI shemale models. Every character has a unique personality, backstory, and appearance.” Then a short FAQ (What is Shemale AI? Is using it safe and private? Can I customize my AI shemale? What makes it different?) and a Contact Support button.

The Create page lays out the seven steps in a list. The Generate Video page, even logged out, exposes the tool’s controls: pick a model, 5s or 10s, Standard or HD, and the coin cost. The Subscriptions page is the one described above, timer running. Model pages are minimal: name, age, “Online”, a like count, a media count, and Chat Now / Generate Image / Generate Video buttons. There’s no About page, no blog, no team, no company name anywhere outside the two legal documents.

Chat experience and memory

Unlimited on Premium, 15 messages on free. The homepage promises “advanced AI memory and emotional simulation” so that “your companion remembers your past conversations, learns your preferences, and adapts to your style”. The subscription page, which is where the site has to be specific, calls free memory “Limited” and Premium memory a tick mark. No context size, no recall specification, no example.

Third-party testers describe standard companion-chat behaviour: coherent within a session, preference recall across sessions, drift in long roleplay. Nobody has published a structured memory test. The old review’s claim that a character “referenced a specific compliment about her jawline from days earlier” was written by someone who never logged in; I’ve removed it and everything like it. What I’ll say is that the builder’s sixth step, “Add memory and interaction style”, suggests you can seed the companion with facts to hold onto, which is the right idea and the thing to lean on.

Image generation

Realistic and Anime styles, generated from the Generate Image tab or from a model page. Twelve a month on Premium, then coins. The catalogue’s model pages I sampled showed “0 media”, so the pre-made characters don’t come with galleries; you generate what you see. Quality reports from testers are middling-to-good on faces, standard on hands. Terms section 6.2 has a process for “image rights, likeness, or other personal rights” complaints, which tells you the operator has thought about people generating real individuals; the moderation clause (5.3) says automated and manual systems exist. I saw no explicit ban on real-person likenesses in the terms, which I’d want to see.

Voice and video

Both exist, both are metered hard. Voice is 12 minutes a month of generated messages in the tone and accent you picked at step four; there’s no cloning and, despite “Talk to Her” appearing in the comparison table, nothing documents live calls. Video is the more interesting piece: text-to-video and image-to-video, 5 or 10 seconds, Standard or HD, with a visible base cost of 15 coins for a 10-second Standard clip. Three clips a month are included on Premium. That’s a real feature most chat-first rivals lack, and at three a month it’s a taste rather than a tool.

Customization depth

The seven-step builder is the site’s best argument for existing. Body type and appearance, facial features, clothing style, voice tone and accent, personality traits, memory and interaction style, then chat and generate. Four custom companions on free, 24 on Premium. Companions are editable after creation according to the Create page FAQ. What I can’t confirm is how granular each step is; the old review’s list of specific anatomical sliders was invented and I’ve removed it. What the site promises is that the builder is designed for trans characters rather than adapted from a women-first template, and that’s the point of the product.

NSFW behavior and limits

The “Spicy Content” toggle, defaulted to Safe mode, is the whole content gate. Once flipped, the catalogue and the generators are explicit. The terms’ prohibited-content language is thin compared to Lovescape’s or Candy’s: section 5.3 promises automated and manual moderation and says accounts “producing or requesting prohibited content may be suspended or terminated”, but the list of what’s prohibited is mostly implied. Section 3 disclaims that all outputs “are fictional and algorithmically generated” and “do not represent real people”. Age verification is a self-declaration. If explicit trans companionship with light guardrails is what you want, the site delivers it within those allowances.

Mobile experience

Responsive site, no app, no store listing. The previous version of this review described it as “a browser-based PWA”, battery drain on video generation and horizontal scrolling on the gallery. None of that was observed by anyone; it was written. What I can tell you is that the site is a modern single-page app behind Cloudflare, the controls are large enough for a phone, and the countdown timer is just as present on a small screen.

Pricing analysis

The honest sticker is $179 a year for unlimited chat and a small media allowance, with everything else behind coins at undisclosed prices and shorter terms at reported prices of $9.99 a week, $24.99 a month and $69 a quarter. The subscription page’s design (timer, fake list price, badge stack) is there to get you onto the yearly plan before you’ve worked out that twelve photos a month is not a lot of photos.

For a chat-first user who wants a trans companion and can live with a photo every couple of days, $14.92 a month isn’t absurd; Candy and Ourdream are in the same range on monthly and cheaper on annual. For an image-first or video-first user it’s poor value, because the included allowance runs out in a week and the coin economy is opaque. The old review’s guesses ($19.99 monthly, a $9.99 credit pack) are replaced above; its $179 annual figure happened to be right, which I’ll credit to luck since the note beside it said “assumed”.

Value vs alternatives

The nearest real competitor is Ourdream AI, which lists trans companions as one of three character types, has documented memory and image consistency, publishes its prices, and is discussed by actual humans. It’s the better product; it’s just not trans-only. Candy AI has the best image engine in my ranking and a far more generous media budget for the money, but trans characters are a filter there, not a focus. Lovescape and its clone Spicier also offer trans companions inside a Girls/Guys/Anime structure, with video and lip-sync tools that beat this site’s three clips a month.

What Transgender AI has that none of them have is a catalogue of a thousand trans characters and a builder that starts from there. If that’s the thing you value, it’s the only option. If what you value is a trans companion who remembers you and looks consistent in her photos, the generalists are ahead.

Refund and cancellation reality

Refunds: none. Section 1.2: “Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.” Section 12: “All purchases of digital services are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree that your subscription or content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned or refunded.” There is no 14-day window; the old review invented one.

Cancellation: the subscription page says “You can cancel anytime”. The terms, remarkably, contain no cancellation clause, no renewal clause and no notice-period language at all. That’s not generosity; it’s an omission that leaves you with no contractual rules to point at if something goes wrong. Assume the plan auto-renews, cancel inside the account well before the term ends, screenshot everything, and if you paid by card, check the statement on the renewal date. Complaints go to an obfuscated support address with a stated 7-business-day response target (section 13); appeals “may be referred to an independent neutral party where appropriate” (section 14), which is the vaguest dispute clause I’ve read this year.

Safety, privacy and billing discretion

The privacy policy is better than the rest of the site. It’s GDPR-structured, lists what’s collected (account details including date of birth, payment info via third parties, usage and companion interactions, IP and cookies, data from analytics and advertising networks), promises “We never sell or rent Personal Data to third parties”, commits to not sharing data for third-party marketing without opt-in, gives access, rectification, restriction, withdrawal and erasure rights, and sets a 30-day response target. It also says personal data is kept “while your account is active and for up to 6 years after closure”, which means your chat history with a trans companion sits on a Vermont shell company’s servers for six years after you leave, unless you file an erasure request and they honour it.

Security claims are generic (“security measures”); there’s no encryption-at-rest statement for conversations, and the terms themselves warn you not to share “addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or login credentials” with companions because “we cannot guarantee the safety of information you choose to disclose”. Age verification is a checkbox. There’s no statement either way about training models on your chats.

Billing: “Secured, Discreet, Private Billing” is the promise. Payments run through CommerceCentral Services Inc or its processors. I don’t know the statement descriptor and I’m not going to guess one; the old review’s “SHEMALE AI ENT” was fabricated. Crypto is the discreet option here for a reason.

Common complaints and patterns

There’s no user complaint history to draw on, because a live search returned zero posts. The patterns come from the site itself: a checkout designed around urgency and a fictional discount; media allowances small enough that Premium buyers will discover coins within the first week; a no-refund policy with no cancellation clause to balance it; an operator you can’t research; and an SEO architecture (a thousand tripled model pages, six ranking keywords, an 84% traffic collapse from peak) that suggests the site is optimised for search engines that aren’t rewarding it. Praise, where testers offer it, is for the niche focus and the builder.

Final verdict

Transgender AI is a good idea run by people I can’t identify, sold through a checkout page I don’t respect. The trans-only catalogue and builder fill a gap nobody else fills, and chat-plus-images-plus-video-plus-voice under one roof is the right feature set. Against that: twelve photos a month for $179 a year, coins at secret prices, no refunds ever, no cancellation terms at all, a fake countdown, a fictional list price, a six-year data retention window, and a Vermont operator whose other websites sell fishing gear.

Score breakdown: Niche focus, the only one in my ranking, genuinely useful. Features, complete on paper. Media allowances, stingy. Memory, marketed hard and specified nowhere. Pricing transparency, one real number and a lot of theatre. Refunds, none. Legitimacy, a named entity that raises more questions than it answers. The 7.1 holds as “worth knowing about, buy carefully”. I’d have gone lower on the paperwork alone.
