Let me put the important sentence first. Swapper AI sells two tools, a face-swap that puts a photo’s face onto a porn clip and a brush that removes clothing from a photo, and its homepage markets them with the words “Undress any girl!” and “undress any girl you can think of.” Using either on a real person without their consent is a crime to publish in the United States under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, signed May 19, 2025, and since February 6, 2026 a crime to even create in England and Wales. It is morally indefensible regardless of where you live. This review will not tell you how to do it, will not evaluate how well it does it, and scores the product on the only two things left: what it offers for fictional or self-consenting use, and what kind of business it is.

The old version of this review said “I tested Swapper AI across multiple sessions”, invented three subscription tiers and labelled them “plausible based on industry norms”, and left refund, trial, mobile and persistence as “unknown”. I’ve thrown all of it out. What follows is built on the site as it loaded on September 15, 2026, its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy read in full, Ahrefs data for the domain, the text of the two laws that now govern this category, and every Reddit post that currently matches the name. None of those posts is this website.

TL;DR verdict

Swapper AI is a thin Express app behind Cloudflare with three tools (video face swap, undress brush, tag-based image generator, plus a new photo-to-video maker), a one-credit free tier, reportedly one-time credit packs from $19.99, no refund policy, no named company, no jurisdiction, and a Gmail address for support. Its Terms of Use literally say disputes are governed by “the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]”. Somebody copied a template and never filled in the blank. That sentence tells you everything about how much legal exposure the operator has bothered to manage, which is to say none, which means yours is unmanaged too.

I’ve left the 5.1 in place for now, but if I were scoring it fresh today I’d go lower. The number rewards the parts that work, a detailed tag generator and simple per-credit pricing, and does not adequately punish an anonymous operator selling a clothing-removal brush to the general public in 2026. If you must look, Swapper AI is here, and you should upload nothing you’d mind seeing again.

The numbers nobody else will show you

Ahrefs data for swapperai.com as of September 15, 2026:

• Domain Rating 28, with 541 referring domains (173 followed) and about 4,500 backlinks. A small profile for a site with this much traffic, which means the traffic is not coming from links.
• Ahrefs-estimated organic search visits: 14,303 in August 2026, against zero in August 2025. The domain was registered in May 2024 and the sitemap dates most pages to August 2024, so this site sat for roughly twenty months with no search presence at all, then went 731 in April 2026, up to 15,285 in July, 14,303 in August.
• The live snapshot shows about 9,100 monthly visits from 267 ranking keywords, 110 of them in the top three, with an estimated traffic value of $3,444 a month. Forty-one percent of its keywords in the top three is an unusually high ratio. It means the site ranks first or second for a cluster of specific, low-competition queries rather than fighting for head terms.
• Top countries: United States 4,511, India 1,219, Germany 765.

What happened in April 2026? I can’t say for certain, but two things line up. The sitemap shows the “AI Video Maker” page (generate-video) refreshed in February 2026, the only page updated since 2024. And the site’s page titles are stuffed with the exact phrases people type: “Online Undress AI Generator & Deepnude Maker Tool & Clothes Remover App”, “AI Nude Video Generator & Undress AI Video Creator”. A dormant exact-match site that suddenly ranks for a batch of newly popular queries about AI nude video is consistent with a new feature launching into a demand spike, or with a search-engine change surfacing a site it had ignored. Either way, the growth is real, and it’s the kind of growth that ends the moment Google or a regulator notices what the page titles say.

Who this is for

I’ll define the legitimate use narrowly, because the site does not. An adult who uploads a photo of their own face and puts it onto one of the library’s stock clips is doing something legal and, for some people, appealing. An adult generating fully fictional images by picking tags (ethnicity, body type, hair, position, location, lighting, an optional free-text prompt) is doing what every other generator in my ranking does. And an adult who wants to spend $20 once, with no subscription attached, and walk away is served by the reported pack model in a way most competitors don’t offer.

That is the whole legitimate audience. It is a smaller group than the one the homepage is talking to.

Who should skip this

Everyone who came here because of the undress brush or because they have a photo of someone else. I’m not going to soften that. The TAKE IT DOWN Act makes knowingly publishing a non-consensual intimate “digital forgery” of an identifiable adult a federal offence carrying up to two years, three if the subject is a minor, and requires platforms to remove such content within 48 hours of a valid request as of May 19, 2026. England and Wales criminalised creating, or even requesting the creation of, a purported intimate image of an adult without consent on February 6, 2026, with prosecutions allowed up to three years after the act. Ofcom has already fined the operator of another nudify site, Undress.cc, which responded by blocking the UK. Swapper AI’s Terms have a single clause forbidding “uploading images/videos of individuals without their premission”, misspelled, sitting under a homepage that says “undress any girl you can think of.” The clause exists to protect them, not you.

Skip it if you care who has your data. There is no company behind this that you can find, no jurisdiction, no data-protection officer, no retention period and no deletion process. A face you upload goes to a server run by someone who signs emails from Gmail.

Skip it if you want chat, companions, memory, voice or an app. None exist.

And skip it if you might want your money back. There is no refund policy. Not a restrictive one, not a vague one. None.

What Reddit actually says

I went through Reddit’s live results for “swapperai” and “swapper ai”: 10 posts, 4 flagged as brand matches, and the comment trees on 2 threads, 2 comments total, from 2017 through July 2026. None of them is this site. Comments from people who had clearly paid: zero. The silence is the finding, and it is more precise than what I wrote last time.

The four matches are other products that share the words. r/danganronpa, October 2020: two posts titled “Trying to Using Face swapper AI to put Hajime’s Face on memes,” with the only replies “Why are these so spoopy” and “This is just scary.” That is a meme tool, five years before swapperai.com had any search traffic. r/YesIntelligent, January 2025: “How to Use FaceSwapper AI for Fun and Creativity,” outbound-link post, zero comments. r/ApksApps, July 2024: “FaceSwapper AI Swap Videos. Mod,” one line of self-text, “I need the unlocked version of this app if possible.” A cracked Android APK for a differently capitalised app. FaceSwapper, Swapp AI, and a Chinese clothing-try-on SaaS also called SwapperAI all collide with this domain in search. If you go looking for reviews, you will spend most of your time reading about products this operator does not own.

What still stands from earlier is the same near-miss. A November 2025 r/CyberSecurityAdvice thread, “Is Swapp AI legit?”, about a differently named face-swap app. The advice in it applies here anyway: “Swapp AI looks polished on the site but there are barely any real reviews”, and “Check what certs or attestations they have from a group that you trust.” Swapper AI has none. Automated trust scanners still rate the domain “very likely safe” on the basis of a valid SSL certificate, a two-year domain age and no malware. Those tools measure whether a site will infect your computer. They do not measure whether it will refund you, protect your uploads, or exist next month.

A site pulling 14,000 organic visits a month with zero community discussion of the actual domain is a site people arrive at from a search, use quietly, and do not talk about. Given what the top-ranking page titles are, that silence is not reassuring. It is what you would expect from a clothing-removal brush that is now a crime to use on a real person in two of its top three markets. The old review’s “5.1 suggests mediocre user satisfaction” line was inference with no users behind it. There are still no users talking.

The company that isn’t there

This is the section that decides the score, so let me lay it out plainly.

The footer reads “2026 | SwapperAI Limited | All Rights Reserved.” That is the only corporate identifier on the entire site. There is no registration number, no registered address, no country, no VAT number, no 2257 statement, no DMCA agent, no content-removal page. The contact is swapperaiteam@gmail.com, with a promise to reply “in less than 24 hours.” I searched for “SwapperAI Limited” in company registries and found nothing matching; UK Companies House returns an unrelated “Swapper Limited” from 2014 and a “Swapz.ai Limited” from 2026. Either the company is registered somewhere I didn’t look, or the word “Limited” is decoration.

The Terms of Use, section 8: “These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.” That is the placeholder from whatever template generator produced the document. It has been live at least since the sitemap dated the page in August 2024. Two years, and nobody fixed it. The rest of the Terms are seven short sections with spelling errors (“premission”, “descretely”, “proivde”, “analayzes” on the homepage), a licence for the company to “descretely modify the User Content … under the latest encryption technology”, and the right to “terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.”

The Privacy Policy is the same template family: seven sections, no dates, no retention periods, no lawful basis, no controller, no international-transfer language, no deletion mechanism other than emailing them. It confirms uploads are collected “for faceswapping” and may be shared with “hosting providers, analytics providers, and payment processors”, none named. The one analytics tag in the page source is Google Analytics.

The infrastructure is thin to match: an Express server behind Cloudflare, jQuery 3.2.1 from 2017, and a generate-video page whose HTML leaks unrendered template code into the visible page, including a literal comment reading “Buttons will be dynamically inserted here by JS” and a fragment of an inline event handler. This is a side project with a Cloudflare account in front of it.

The old review said the operator claims “over 10K$ monthly” in GPU costs. That claim is on the homepage. It is the only financial statement the company makes, and it is unverifiable.

First-session walkthrough

Loaded September 15, 2026. No age gate. No overlay. The page title in the browser tab is “The Ultimate AI Porn Generator App - Online Deepfake Porn Maker & Undress AI & AI NSFW Image Generator”. The nav reads Home, Face Swap, AI Video Maker (tagged NEW), Undress, AI Generator, Generate, with Login and Register on the right. Three feature cards, then a three-step explainer for face swap: upload a face, choose from “a mega sized porn videos library featured with all poses”, generate. Then example prompts for the image generator (“Anime Girl European 20s Blonde”, “Realistic Girl Brazilian 20s Brunette”, position selectors), then the undress pitch, then “Our Advantages” (Fast Processing, High Quality, Secured Data), then the footer.

The Undress page shows the workflow and the price: “1 Undress = 2”, upload, “Paint over the clothes you want to remove”, generate. The image generator shows “1 Image = 1” and the full tag grid: sex, age, ethnicity (about 45 options), body type, skin, breast, ass, face, hair type and colour, eye colour, clothes, angle, location, light, style, and positions (Normal, Reverse cowgirl, Doggystyle, Cowgirl, Missionary, Blowjob, Titjob, Handjob, Footjob). The new AI Video Maker page asks for a photo upload, offers templates named Undress, Doggystyle, Blowjob, Missionary, Pronebone, Deepthroat, Gangbang, Massage and Pussy, fixes output at 480p and 5 seconds with “Audio: None”, and shows “Generate video 8”. The face-swap page shows a face-upload slot with quality guidance (“Upload a front sided face”, “Do not upload a face which is too close to the camera”) and a grid of library clips each labelled “Faceswap it”.

Register asks for email and password and says “Get 1 upon registration.” The Affiliate link redirects to login. No pricing page exists; no pack prices appear anywhere before you have an account.

Chat experience and memory

None. There is no chat, no character, no persona and no memory. The only persistence is a “My AI Videos” tab and a stored uploaded-face slot (“Change Face”, “Delete Face”) behind login. The privacy policy does not say how long either is kept.

Generation quality

I did not run the undress or face-swap tools and won’t characterise their output; evaluating how convincingly a tool strips or deepfakes a photo is exactly the help this review refuses to give. On the fictional side, the image generator is a tag-driven pipeline that the site says produces “realistic/anime images” in “8 seconds per image”. The tag grid is broad, the free-text prompt is optional, and the example outputs on the homepage are competent mid-tier photoreal and anime. That is what one free credit will show you, and it’s the only thing here I’d call fairly priced at a reported $0.50 an image on the smallest pack.

The new photo-to-video maker generates a five-second, 480p, silent clip from an uploaded photo and a named template for 8 credits. For a fictional image you generated yourself that is a legitimate feature. The templates and the “AI Nude Video Generator” page title make clear who it was built for.

Voice and video

No voice anywhere. Video comes in two forms: face-swapping a face onto library or uploaded clips (30 credits per swap per third-party listings), and the new template-based photo-to-video at 8 credits, 5 seconds, 480p, no audio. Neither is text-to-video. The old review said Swapper “does not appear to offer” video generation beyond face swap; the AI Video Maker page, dated February 2026 in the sitemap, changes that, and I’ve corrected the feature matrix.

Customization depth

For the image generator: high, in the checkbox sense. Around fifteen tag categories, forty-plus ethnicities, nine positions and a free prompt is more structured control than many generators offer, and it works without prompt-writing skill. There are no saved characters, no LoRA-style extensions, no strength sliders, no upscaling and no editing tools. You get one image per credit and start again. For the other tools, customization means choosing a clip or a template, which is not something I’m going to rate.

NSFW behavior and limits

There is no visible content filter and no stated moderation process. The only rule is the Terms clause against uploading “images/videos of individuals without their premission”, with no enforcement mechanism described, no reporting form, and no removal process of the kind the TAKE IT DOWN Act now requires covered platforms to operate. The image generator’s age tag defaults to adults; I saw no statement about how minors are blocked. If you want to see what the tag generator does with a fictional prompt, the one free credit at Swapper AI is the only safe experiment on the site.

Mobile experience

Browser only, responsive enough. The tag grid becomes a long scroll on a phone and the undress brush is a finger-painting exercise; I’m not going to rate the brush. No app, no PWA prompt, no store listing, and there never will be one for a product with this page title. The old review’s “unknown” for mobile app is now “no”.

Pricing analysis

What the site shows: 1 credit per image, 2 per undress, 8 per AI video clip, 1 free credit at registration. What it doesn’t show: what a credit costs. That lives behind login.

What third parties report, consistently across several listings:

Face swaps at a reported 30 credits are the expensive item: $15 each at the entry pack. Images at $0.50 are roughly in line with the category. The reported absence of any subscription or auto-renewal, if accurate, is the single most consumer-friendly thing about this site. I could not confirm it, and one listing’s claim that no credit cards are accepted, against another’s that crypto is accepted with “anonymous billing”, means I also can’t tell you how you’d pay.

The old review’s $9.99, $29.99 and $59.99 monthly tiers were invented. I’ve retracted them in the frontmatter and here.

Value vs alternatives

Against other nudify and face-swap sites, the comparison I’ll make is business, not output. Undress AI is the giant of the category at about 877,000 monthly organic visits and I score it 4.7, below Swapper, because scale of harm matters. Cloth Off AI at 3.8 and Nudemaker at 3.4 are the same product category with worse paperwork. Swapper’s 5.1 sits above them on the strength of a real image generator and simple credit pricing, and I’d still argue it’s a point too generous.

Against legitimate generators: Create Porn AI is a standalone image and video generator with a named operator and public pricing, PornJourney is cheaper and simpler for stills, and Seduced AI has far deeper fetish control with a Romanian company and GDPR paperwork behind it. Every one of them is a better place to spend $20 on fictional content than a site whose Terms don’t know what country they’re in.

Refund and cancellation reality

There is no refund policy. I checked the Terms, the Privacy Policy, the homepage, the tool pages and the sitemap, and tried the obvious URLs (refund, refund-policy, faq, pricing, about, contact); all 404. The Terms don’t contain the word. The only relevant clauses are that the company may terminate your access “at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice”, and that they may change the Terms “at any time without prior notice.”

Cancellation, per third-party listings, is moot because there is no subscription to cancel. If that’s accurate it’s good. If it isn’t, there’s no cancellation flow described anywhere either. Practical advice: if you buy at all, buy the smallest pack, pay by a method you can dispute, screenshot the checkout, and treat the money as spent.

Safety, privacy and billing discretion

Safety for the people in the photos: none offered. No consent verification, no likeness check, no reporting form, no removal process, no named person accountable. The consent clause in the Terms shifts all liability to you.

Privacy for the user: a template policy with no retention period, no deletion process beyond email, no controller, no transfer safeguards, no training disclosure, and unnamed hosting, analytics and payment providers. Uploads are explicitly collected “for faceswapping”. The Terms’ encryption language (“descretely modify … under the latest encryption technology”) is meaningless. Assume anything you upload persists on a server whose operator you cannot identify.

Age: no gate, no verification, an 18+ line in the Terms. Under the UK Online Safety Act, that alone would fail Ofcom’s “highly effective age assurance” standard; the regulator’s fine against Undress.cc was for exactly this. Whether swapperai.com is geoblocking the UK I can’t tell from outside it, and there’s no statement either way.

Billing discretion: unknown. No processor is named, no descriptor is disclosed, and the listings disagree on whether cards are even taken. The one thing you can say is that with no subscription, a card that’s charged once is charged once.

Common complaints and patterns

There are no user complaints to summarise because there are no users talking. Across 4 matched Reddit posts and 2 comments, nobody named this domain, posted a spend figure, or described a refund. The patterns are structural, and they are the review: an anonymous operator; a jurisdiction placeholder never filled in; a Gmail support address; a homepage built around clothing removal of “any girl you can think of” in the year that became a crime in two of its top three markets; no refund policy; no data retention or deletion terms; prices hidden until registration; and a codebase that leaks its own scaffolding into the page. On the other side of the ledger: honest per-credit pricing on the tool pages, a reported no-subscription model, a genuinely detailed tag generator, and one free credit.

Final verdict

Swapper AI is a fast-growing, anonymous, unfinished nudify-and-face-swap site with a decent tag-based image generator attached. The generator and the simple pricing are why it isn’t at the bottom of my ranking. Everything else about it, from the “[Your Jurisdiction]” in its Terms to the Gmail address to the absence of any refund or deletion policy, describes an operator who has taken on no responsibility for a product whose marketed use is now illegal in the US and UK. I hold the 5.1 because I have to. I’d score it lower, and I’d score it lower still if the traffic keeps climbing, because that growth is people finding a clothing-removal brush through search.

Score breakdown: Fictional image generation, decent and cheaply priced. Business legitimacy, effectively zero: no entity, no jurisdiction, no refund policy, no retention terms. Legal exposure for users of the headline features, severe and rising. Traffic, the fastest riser in my set, from nothing to 14,000 in a summer, on page titles that invite regulatory attention. Transparency, per-credit costs printed on the tools, pack prices hidden.
